This ambit of Caribtempo Communications, Inc. is a limited private corporation that was formally and legally registered in Indianapolis , Indiana on the 18^th of July 2000. It seeks to exploit the creative talents of individuals and/or groups in the fields of literature, art and music/entertainment for their own financial benefits and personal achievements, and to accrue its just compensation from its promotion and distribution pursuits. In addition to the above, though its unique hobby-oriented division, it aspires to play the role of facilitator to provide rewarding opportunities in the pastime activities of all hobby-enthusiasts; irrespective of nationality, race, religion, political ideology and other facets of discriminatory philosophies that may, in general, hinder general affiliation.

Prior to 1998 the company, formed in 1990, was known as Caribbeat. The decision to change from the original name was made after it was brought to our attention by Ms. Patricia Boothe; Editor-at-Large of the New York originated publication, EVERYBODY’s MAGAZINE, that a newspaper supplementary was already bearing this name.

The move to switch to CARIBTEMPO COMMUNICATIONS, INC. was, principally, to avoid confusion as a result of name duplication; especially in view of our world-wide targeted marketing.

In general, Caribtempo Entertainment, Corp. simply represents the U.S.A. division of its parent corporation, Caribtempo Communications, Inc; the former, located on the Caribbean island of the Commonwealth of Dominica.
