CARIBTEMPO  POOL

CARIBTEMPO POOL services represents the crux of its obligation to both affiliate and associate artistes … it is so designed to meet the prime needs of the recording artist who has neither the time … the know how … and, most vital of all, the connections to promote a release. It is, as well, ideally tailored to meet the limited financial resources of any solo or small production unit that is already burdened with the arduous task of marketing a commodity after such a cost production venture.

The POOL offers choice … at a fee to accommodate everyone. Through the program’s ZONAL STRUCTURE, the artiste is free to select the ZONES or ZONES considered most receptive and, as a result, more potentially favorable to meet general aspirations as far as musical genre specialty in marketing potentials are concerned. 

A selected number of radio stations, television networks and magazine and newspaper publishers demonstrating interests in developments in the musical/entertainment fields constitute the core structure of each zone. These networks, all considered and selected due to their popular music/entertainment format are individually selected upon the recommendation of the corporation’s internally-based agents and/or representatives.

To date, THE POOL consists of NINE (9) ZONES; each zone represents a bloc of countries / nations within a region. For example, the islands, or nations, of the CARIBBEAN , as a unit, represent a zone.  

The artiste’s prime commitment, upon registration, is to supply THE POOL with the specified number of copies of the release, assigned to CARIBTEMPO, for circulation among the institutions as stipulated for the zone.

It is to be noted that circulation audio release should, preferably be in CD or VINYL RECORD format.  

For a truly effective promotion/publicity campaign, the quota of the following, per zone, would be essential:  

  • Stipulated number of copy of release
  • Similar number of post card size photo

 Of course, upon signing, the artiste is required to furnish:  

  • 8 X 10 color photo(s) available
  • Post card size photo(s) available
  • Available Newspaper/Magazine Clippings
  • Existing Music, Concert, etc. Videos
  • Personal Biography
  • Highlight of Entertainment/Music History

These form the DOZIER for all promotion/publicity drives to be undertaken by THE POOL.


BRIGHT PROSPECTS

This is a compilation CD that is assembled and produced by CARIBTEMPO, featuring all current registered artistes. The album, used as a promotional tool, is given away – absolutely free – to members of Caribtempo Hobby-Enthusiasts Society and all units – radio, newspaper/magazine publishers, artistes, agents, etc.

THIS ITEM IS NOT TO BE SOLD BY ANYONE…OR ANY SALES OUTLET.
